The purse is lined with soft batting and the fabric is coordinated so the purse can be reversed for a different look. There is a pocket inside and out to carry keys, cell phone or lipstick for the older girls. This class is geared to ages 8 and up. The child must bring their own sewing machine and have a knowledge of how to thread it, wind a bobbin and adjust any settings on their machine. They will learn how to cut out the fabric and batting and the complete construction of the purse so they will go home with a finished project.
